Staves there are very kind, actually most of Lao people are very kind. The room is big enough for me,and the air conditioner is powerful. There is a famous nice bar called Hive at the other side of the road, try to enjoy before go back to sleep.
There is no wifi in the room, what a pity!

We stayed at this hotel for two nights and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The room was nice and clean, with a spacious and comfortable bed. The staff were super friendly and accommodating, especially the manager Ms. Sophie. The breakfast was lovely and the hotel's location was perfect, close to the old town. We really appreciated the welcoming reception, with a refreshing welcome drink and fruit. The hotel also had a great terrace where we could see the monks in the morning without disturbing them. a great experience and we would definitely stay here again.
Would definitely recommend this hotel.

Very nice staff, good location and perfect info on Luang Prabang todo's
No internet in room, despite the fact that this was one of the reasons to choose it. Could be quite noisy due to the many nearby bars.

I am covered with bed bug bites. No shampoo or soft soap in the dispenser. We were given 1 small cake of soap. No hair drier. No free bottles of water. Loud throbbing music from the club across the street until 11:30 each night. Lots of cheaper and better places around.

We loved the location of this hotel, close to the city center and right by the river - in the dry season, it turns into a beach! The staff was friendly and welcoming, offering us fruit and drinks upon arrival, and even cleaning the room every day. Additionally, the hotel offers a great view of Phusei Hill and is conveniently located near transportation options.
Nothing we didn't like to be fair.

I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The rooms were beautifully designed in a traditional style, with all the basic essentials you need for a comfortable stay. The beds were so cozy and I had a great night's sleep after a long journey. The functional bathroom with a hot shower was a welcome relief. The hotel's location along the river, opposite Phusei hill, was simply stunning. I enjoyed walking to the night market, located just a short distance away, and exploring the nearby restaurants, even though they could be noisy at times.
All was wonderful, no improvements needed.

Very friendly staff
The rooms were not well maintained. There was water droping of the cealing everytime the person of the room above took a shower...when I took a shower my bathroom was more or less under water since the water didn't sink...
